    About myself
"Unadjusted. Unconvinced. Uninsured ."
Travis McGee

I was born in 1966 in Italy. Since an early age an innate restlessness, amplified by a vivid imagination, nurtured by inappropriate reading and fueled by costant dissatisfaction with my surroundings has prompted me to look for better places to be.
Within a couple of months of graduating from University in 1990, I was off to Malaysia on a one-way ticket. I haven't stopped running since, nor have I gotten  any closer to wherever it is I think I'm heading, but so far I've enjoyed the ride.
Along the way I've supported myself doing many different jobs, including teaching English, picking fruit, selling jewelry wholesale, working on a shrimp boat and translating Japanese comic-books.
I have been drawing ever since I can remember but, with the exception of the last 9-10 years, my artistic production has been mostly limited to doodling on books' margins.
